Alexandra Foote is a litigator in both state and federal courts. She is also a business attorney with decades of experience in commercial leasing, insurance coverage disputes, trademarks, employment law, corporate law, and transactions. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Oregon.

Alexandra worked with the Office of the California Attorney General and the United States Department of Justice on the first megafire cases as early as 2008. Her legal career has focused on catastrophic environmental cases from the Exxon Valdez to the most recent California wildfires, including obtaining some of the largest settlements in the Dixie Fire of 2021. As a business attorney she has nurtured brands such as Blue Bottle Coffee and chef-branded restaurant companies from start to finish. In multiple class actions, she represented thousands of restaurants seeking business interruption insurance coverage during the Covid-19 pandemic, taking cases as far as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Courts of nearly every state while serving on the Amicus Working Group for United Policyholders, the leading non-profit advocating for insurance claimants in disaster recovery nationwide.
