Aldendeshe

Oksana Aldendeshe represents clients in a range of commercial litigation and transactional matters. Her experience encompasses drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, contract disputes, intellectual property, privacy and consumer protection, and personal injury litigation. She has worked across a multitude of practice settings, including an externship with the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, in-house counsel, and boutique law firms.

Oksana earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she graduated at the top of her class. There, she served as a Staff Writer on the Law Review, Secretary of the Women’s Law Association, and a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and Civil Procedure.
